From my hand to yours...
I have always enjoyed "writing"....just ask my mom...growing up I wrote or drew on everything, our walls were a testament to my "creativity".
I began practicing the art of calligraphy over 10 years ago and found that same feeling art gives me...a deep sense of joy. It began with projects for school bazaars and fund raising. Then a request from a friend to do her daughter's invitations opened a new door to more projects. Most of my business has evolved from friends' weddings~invitations, place cards, special requests and whimsical art for their children.
I have my own font that is a little copperplate and a bit spencerian script but mostly just me. It allows me to keep my pricing affordable for most bride's budgets.
I truly love what I do....and with the arrival of grandchildren in my life, blessings abound.
